I accept pricing upfront, and don’t do refunds after the initial sketch has been finaled
all sales on digital items are final. if you purchase a digital item from my shop, there will be no refunds. if i complete a commission after payment has been received after all agreements have been made between both parties, there will be no refunds.
I will do three phases of sketches, messy, messy clean and fully clean, after the second if you want soemthing changed I need you to tell me then because I won’t alter problems after that
My timeline to doing these are fickle. For commissions regarding gil I’ll improve my time by being a bit quicker although money ones will take a bit longer since they’ll typically be my more expensive work
